Character's chirashi sushi

I got a request of Delivery from the customer...
that is why I made the "Chirashi sushi" of the character.

I used the technic of character bento which is very popular in Japanese housewives.

I hope customers were enjoyed the dinner:)

Cucumber Art

A good point of the vegetables sculpture is...
You can express anything what you want to express with familiar food.

Chef of Japanese use cucumber "mukimono" for a osashimi
like below.

A Day of Last week, I bought this book.
I only read a half of this.....

I used to watch his presentation in Podcast(Keynote).
We were attracted by his speech.

This book's subtitle said.."What would Jobs do?"
I think Everybody can use this word ..in this way.
"What would you do to this situation if you are Jobs?"

Canadian food's and Wine Seminar

I went for a Canadian food's and Wine Seminar.

The chef who came from Vancouver showed cooking,
and we ate his dish and also taste wine from Canada.


The Chef's dishes was very beautiful and tasty.
He pleased us by smooth technique and nice talking.


Canada Wine were also very nice.
Usually I don't drink but drank the wine because of
delicious dish today.

By the way,
I took the picture with my iphone3G this time...
I wish I could change it to iphone5!!
but iphone4S seems still nice to me :)

Sushi with Maple Leaf

The Osaka became cold from last week.
It is autumn now!
I made an Autumn leaf with a carrot today.

At first I cut a carrot in a rectangle and write a line like below.

and then, dig it out Along a line.


I finish each leaf after slicing it.


I put it in sushi of the delivery to customer.
