The vegetable phoenix

It's been a long time everyone!

I participated in "vegetable carving lesson " at
vegetables sommelier association Osaka school as a lecturer.


The theme was carrots, a Japanese radish and a cucumbers.
In Japan, now(the summer) is a best season for eat a cucumber!

Here are the phoenix and flowers of  four seasons of Japan.

I'm grateful to all the people for every encounter..
I was little nervous before I get started but I enjoyed a lot
after all!
The ingredients of  phoenix were... Daikon, Cucumber, carrot, pumpkin.
