Canada days...

Before I became Sushi chef, I worked as French cook for 8yeas.During that time,
I've lived in canada(toront) for a year and I worked for a French
restaurant.


The restaurants name are Marcel's Bistro and Le saint ropes.
I worked for a hotel of Markham Embassy suite too.




Living in canada was a great experience for my cooking also my Life.
That's way I make a French dishes(kind of lol) too still!

Today's sushi

Oh my god! I haven't write my english blog over a year...
But Now I am back!

I have made some sushi for delively today just like below.



Maguro,salmon,kanpachi,squid, katuo,shrimp,scallop
tamago(eggs),crabs,natto roll, unagi...so on.
