How to carve vegetable plate

 I've making a lot of sushi cake= it is a sushi looks like a cake 😄

I was always asked to put the name or numbers for the sushi but I can't use chocolate for it..

Therefore I created the vegetable plate to decorate my dishes.

How to carve cucumber artistically but easy for your meal

 It is still too hot here in Japan... 34 degrees is really hotter than usual year.

In that sense, cucumbers, which contain a lot of water, are foods that lower the temperature of the body and replenish water when eaten.

Here are example of Japanese vegetable carving from a single cucumber....You may try for change^^

My recup of Crunchyroll Expo 2022

In the beggining of last month(August), I've visited San Jose in the United states for participate "Crunchyroll Expo 2022"!

To be honest, I was nervous during few month before I got there because if something bad happens by a covid-19, I could not even get on the plane!! and  I  make a lot people in trouble.

But finally I could get there!!and Anime fan and great staffs of Crunchyroll Expo were blew my anxiety away!!

The panel was full!
