"The various kinds of Osashimi " is different in content by the everyday stocking.
here are a day of the Osashimi plate for 3 people.
Aji(mackerel),shrimp, tuna, amberjack, scallop
and Sea urchin.
My policy is....not to use the fish and ingredients, but to devote myself(do my best) to the fish and ingredients!
