A Character from Dragon ball

Dragon Ball is Japanese Anime.
This character called "Piccoro" Daimaou.

I don't know how do you call in English but
Daimaou(大魔王：だいまおう) means..King of the Devil.

This is made by Sweet Potato with green food color.
I settled it for the birthday present of the son of the customer.
